The preparation of ionic liquid based iron phosphate/CNTs composite via microwave radiation for hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction

Water electrolysis is a promising method for hydrogen production, so the preparation of low-cost and efficient electrocatalysts with a quick and simple procedure is crucial. Herein, iron phosphate (Fe₇(PO₄)₆) was prepared via microwave radiation using ionic liquid (IL) as iron and phosphorus dual-source. This method is simple and rapid, and the product can be directly used as electrocatalysts without further treatment. The experimental results show that the IL can influence the morphology and electrocatalytic performance. Moreover, the addition of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is favorable for formation of iron phosphate nanoparticles to improve the catalytic activities. As hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) catalyst, this iron phosphate/CNTs exhibits an onset overpotential of 120 mV, Tafel slope of 32.9 mV dec^-1, and current densities of 10 mA cm⁻² at overpotential of 185 mV. Then, it obtains a good activity for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) with a low onset potential of 1.48 V, Tafel slope of 73.3 mV dec^-1, and it only needs an overpotential of 300 mV to drive the 10 mA cm⁻². This bifunctional catalyst also shows good durability for HER and OER. This microwave-assisted method provides an outstanding strategy to prepare iron phosphate in a simple and fast process with good catalytic performance for water splitting.     

Highly Strong Interaction between Fe/Fe3C Nanoparticles and N-Doped Carbon toward Enhanced Oxygen Reduction Reaction Performance

Transition metal compounds anchored on N-doped carbon (NC) show intrinsic activity and stability for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). However, the interaction between the transition metal compounds and NC still needs to be strengthened for electron transfer at the compounds/carbon interface. Herein, Fe/Fe₃C hybrid nanoparticles encapsulated into N-doped carbon (Fe@NC) are used as high-performance ORR catalysts. Benefiting from the strong interaction at Fe/Fe₃C nanoparticles/NC interface, the electrons can transfer from Fe/Fe₃C hybrid nanoparticles to NC, redistributing the electron density of active sites and promoting the ORR process. The as-synthesized Fe@NC exhibits outstanding ORR catalytic activity with an onset potential of 1.01 V and a half-wave potential of 0.92 V in alkaline media. It also shows prominent cycling stability and tolerance to methanol crossover, superior to Pt/C catalyst. The theoretical analysis reveals that the Fe nanoparticles have regulated the electron distributions at the heterojunction interface. The Gibbs free energy diagrams for ORR illustrate that the rate-determining step is the conversion of OH* to OH⁻. In situ Raman spectra give evidence of O-containing intermediates to prove the ORR process.

动态非短视资产负债管理

用均值-回复过程刻画股票价格变化,本文研究了股票收益可预测金融市场中的连续时间资产负债管理问题。运用动态规划方法,求得了最优资产负债管理策略的闭合解。结果表明,最优策略是风险溢价的线性函数,随着投资期限的缩短,股票上的投资金额不断降低。数值分析表明,投资期限、股票风险溢价和债务对于最优资产配置策略和股票风险溢价不确定性跨期对冲需求都存在显著影响。     

云格环境下基于P2P的动态资源发现机制

为在云计算平台上实现大数据的高效并行处理与访问,针对动态增长的异构资源所具有的集成与共享所形成的超强计算力结合网格计算,从基于服务计算的角度分析了云计算与网格计算2个不同框架体系的集成问题,探讨了一种资源与服务的统一描述机制,提出了云格体系下的一种分组生成树的P2P网络动态资源与服务发现算法,可实现海量数据的高效处理与访问.实验表明该算法具有一定的可行性与针对性.     

The Number of Circles of a Maximum State of a Plane Graph with Applications

Motivated by the connection with the genus of the corresponding link and its application on DNA polyhedral links,in this paper,we introduce a parameter s_max(G),which is the maximum number of circles of states of the link diagram D(G)corresponding to a plane(positive)graph G.We show that s_max(G)does not depend on the embedding of G and if G is a 4-edge-connected plane graph then s_max(G)is equal to the number of faces of G,which cover the results of S.Y.Liu and H.P.Zhang as special cases.

NEW OSCILLATION CRITERIA RELATED TO EULER S INTEGRAL FOR CERTAIN NONLINEAR DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

Using the integral average technique and a new function,some new oscillation criteria related to Euler integral are obtained for second order nonlinear differential equations with damping and forcing. Our results are of a higher degree of generality than some previous results. Information about the distribution of the zeros of solutions to the system is also obtained.     

On linear operators strongly preserving invariants of Boolean matrices

Let U _k be the general Boolean algebra and T a linear operator on M _m,n (U _k ). If for any A in M _m,n (U _k ) (M _n (U _k ), respectively), A is regular (invertible, respectively) if and only if T(A) is regular (invertible, respectively), then T is said to strongly preserve regular (invertible, respectively) matrices. In this paper, we will give complete characterizations of the linear operators that strongly preserve regular (invertible, respectively) matrices over U _k . Meanwhile, noting that a general Boolean algebra U _k is isomorphic to a finite direct product of binary Boolean algebras, we also give some characterizations of linear operators that strongly preserve regular (invertible, respectively) matrices over 169-7 _k from another point of view.
